Rotaract is an international organization of service clubs for youth between 18 and 30 years of age, which encourages leadership, human rights, helps establish high ethical standards in business, and promotes peace and understanding on a global level.

Rotaract is a program of Rotary International, founded in 1968. Rotaract clubs operate under supervision of their local sponsoring Rotary Clubs, and the name itself is coined from the words Rotary and Action. Clubs are either community-based or university-based. Today there are over 7,600 Rotary-supported ROTARACT clubs with more than 176,000 members in some 158 countries around the world.

Rotaract clubs hold formal meetings two or four times a month, which feature speakers, special outings, social activities, discussions or visits to other clubs. Club members also get together for service projects, social events or professional/leadership development workshops.
